Once in a while the UA-cam algorithm gets it right. Seriously good songwriting, playing and production. I've never been a fan of Black Metal style vocals but I like what I'm hearing. Seriously the only flaw is that the vocals in some spots need to be up in the mix a bit more. I've been listening to all of your previous albums and there is not a bad song on any of them.

"Read em and weep, the Dead Man's Hand again" I was three songs in before I realized the 7 of Hearts wasn't an 8. Not the Motorhead homage I was expecting. But I didn't dare dream that I'd get legit metal songs about Temple of Doom and Face/Off. Looks like some fun stuff to discover in the back catalogue. Thanks!

Very good stuff, love it!!! Sad Iron is a liitle faster and heavier, Burning is more traditional Metal with sometimes balladesk and doomy stuff , both bands fit very well together , Horns up 🤘🤘🤘

did I hear a bit of 'somebody super like you' at the start of the amazing 'dark sky sanctuary' song? whole album caught me with a feeling i haven't felt since the time you'd hear a great album drop on the radio back in the seventies and talk about it the next day with your buddies at school. great musical use of guitar, like old timey but jumping ahead a bit. kind of didn't think i'd hear something this fun again. i need to listen to more, eh? :) great, thanks for that.
